About the Program

The Public Law master's program aims to train lawyers who can identify the legal framework governing actions in which one party exercises state authority, and apply the principles and rules that limit public power under the legal system. It provides a foundation for lawyers to specialise in protecting individuals' fundamental rights and freedoms, particularly within the national legal system. The program offers a broad range of specialist courses in constitutional law, administrative law, general public law, human rights law, tax law and, in particular, criminal law.

Program: The Public Law master's program offers thesis and non-thesis (project-based) options. The thesis option requires seven courses, one seminar course and one thesis. The non-thesis option requires ten courses and one project assignment.
