Tuition and scholarships

*For all institutional discounts, applicants must provide employment/activity documentation.

Tuition Fees and Financial Information

Altınbaş University offers three payment options for graduate programs.

1 — PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

University personnel do not collect cash payments in person. Cash payments must be made through the bank.

To help process your payment promptly, send the PAYMENT RECEIPT lisansustutanitim@altinbas.edu.tr to the email address provided.

2 — PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD (VIRTUAL POS)

Payment can be made in a single transaction or in 12 instalments using participating bank cards. After completing the transaction, retain the receipt/slip and send it to lisansustutanitim@altinbas.edu.tr the email address provided.

No financing surcharge applies to single payments.

A 25% financing surcharge applies to instalment payments.

Participating cards: Bonus, World, Maximum, Axess, Paraf, CardFinans.

Virtual POS becomes available after enrolment has been completed with your original documents. Your student status will not be finalised if your documents are incomplete.

3 — PAYMENT THROUGH AN OVERDRAFT ACCOUNT

Prospective students can pay in 12 equal monthly instalments through the University's participating bank. A 25% financing surcharge applies to this payment method.

For students enrolling in the first semester of the relevant academic year, the first instalment is normally due on 20 September. For students enrolling in the second semester, regardless of the enrolment date, the first instalment is due on 20 February. Instalments are debited from the account on the 20th of each month.

4 — ADDITIONAL COURSES

Any course taken beyond ten courses and the project course in a non-thesis master's program, or seven courses, a seminar and the master's thesis in a thesis master's program, incurs an additional fee.

For retaken courses, replacement courses or extra courses, the additional course fee in the fee schedule for the relevant academic year/semester applies.

5 — DEPARTMENT/PROGRAM CHANGES

Changing department/program incurs a fee and is possible only upon payment of the destination department/program's fee. Fees paid for the previous department/program are neither refunded nor transferred to the new department/program.

6 — DISCOUNTS

If a graduate student qualifies for more than one discount at enrolment or after enrolling, the discounts cannot be combined. Only the highest discount in the student's favour is applied.

7 — CANCELLATION OF ENROLMENT

If a student withdraws within the first fifteen days following final enrolment, 25% of the fee paid or arranged in instalments is deducted and the remainder is refunded. For withdrawal after the fifteenth day, no refund is made.
