PRIVATE LAW PhD PROGRAM
The purpose of the program; To train academic lawyers who have the competence to conduct scientific research and work on legal problems in the field of private law, who can analyze legal systems (Continental European and Anglo-Saxon Legal System) comparatively.
It is a program that aims to reveal original theses and scientific research that will contribute to the science that will be created by academics who will reach high knowledge and expertise through comprehensive studies and scientific research.
Educational Place: Gayrettepe Campus.
Training Hours: It takes place between 19.00 and 22.00 on weekdays.
Language of Instruction: Private Law phD Program is offered in Turkish.
Programme: Private law phD program has a triple structure: course, qualification and the last one is thesis stage.
