Vision

The purpose of the Private Law Master’s Program is; To train competent lawyers who are equipped with a strong education in all fields of private law, who can reflect the knowledge and sense of justice they have acquired in all kinds of legal relations, and who have professional ethical values who will lead the development of the legal literature by contributing to it at national and international levels in the dimensions of teaching, scientific research, publication and activity.

Mission

With the Private Law Master’s Program, it is aimed to enable our students studying at the postgraduate level to specialize in the field they want with the courses they choose, to provide students with in-depth knowledge in practical and theoretical fields in the courses they choose with its distinguished academic staff, and to provide them with a formation that supports them in their academic studies. The courses given within the scope of the program not only provide theoretical depth, but also provide technical equipment regarding many current legal problems. Particularly with the seminar assignments given to students, on the one hand, skills in academic research and writing methods are provided, while on the other hand, current court precedents and Supreme Court decisions are examined and analyzed, thus contributing to practice.
