  • Accessing information related to your thesis defense process,

  • Viewing similarity reports uploaded by the research assistant,

  • Viewing the outcome of your defense and ultimately, submitting your thesis to the institute.

Request Management System is used for the following processes:

  • Excused Course Registration Form,

  • Course Credit Tranfer Form

  • Single Course Examination Request Form-Single Course Grade Raising Exam Application Form,

  • Leave of Absence Request Form,

  • Thesis-Project Similarity Information Form, 

  • Course Replacement Request Form, 

  • Course Withdrawal Form,

  • Thesis Topic Notification Form for Master’s Degree

  • Thesis Topic Change Form for Master’s Degree

  • The Thesis Supervisor Change Proposal Form is used for your requests. Our students can fill out the relevant forms through this system, send their requests to their academic-thesis advisors, and then forward them to the institute with the approval of the department chair and follow up.

  • It is used to make an appointment at a suitable time from the units in the Institute of Graduate Studies (Student Affairs, Student Relations).
