INTERNATIONAL TRADE LAW MASTER PROGRAM
Türkiye and especially Istanbul, whose importance has increased with Global Trade; its transformation into an international trade center highlights the identity of a competent lawyer in the field of international trade law. For; Turkey must be a part of international trade, industry, service, finance and capital markets, and businesses must be competitive, effective and reliable actors in international markets. The program offers a feature that covers the basic functions of international trade and enables specialization in certain areas of international trade.
The aim of the program is to contribute to the legal literature at the national and international level in terms of teaching, scientific research, publication and activity, on the one hand, and to lead its development, on the other hand, it has internalized global law that will provide legal services in resolving international legal disputes of the business world, especially SMEs. is to train competent lawyers.
Training Place: Gayrettepe Campus.
Training Hours: It takes place between 19.00 and 22.00 on weekdays.
Language of Instruction: International Trade Law Master’s Program is offered in Turkish.
Schedule : International Trade Law Master’s Program is offered as thesis and non-thesis (with project). The student is responsible for 7 courses, 1 seminar course and 1 thesis in the thesis program. Responsible for 10 lessons and 1 project assignment in the non-thesis program.
