ELECTRICAL AND COMPUTER ENGINEERING PhD PROGRAM
The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering offers a PhD program. Course requirements across all programs are flexible and each student is required to design their program under the guidance of a faculty advisor. The student’s program should focus on a specific electrical or computer engineering field. Computer and electrical engineering graduate education areas include algorithm analysis, artificial intelligence, expert systems, natural language understanding, computer vision, multiple computer design, VLSI applications, computational complexity, computer architecture and design, computer communication networks, computer graphics, database machines and systems, microprocessors, programming environments, programming languages, robotics, user interfaces, software design, communication and information processing, VLSI systems, solid state devices; microelectronic circuits; and electromagnetism and microwaves. Graduate students are encouraged to actively engage in research. Faculty members of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering conduct experimental and theoretical research in most of the areas where the courses are offered. For the doctoral degree, the candidate must prepare a thesis based on original research supervised by a faculty member.

Training Hours: It takes place between 19.00 and 22.00 on weekdays.
Language of Instruction: CPA phD Program is offered in Turkish.
Program: CPA phD Program It is a program with thesis. The student is responsible for 7 courses, 1 seminar course, proficiency exam, thesis proposal and 1 thesis in the thesis program.
