PUBLIC LAW PhD PROGRAM
The Public Law phD program is a unique program designed for lawyers who have completed their master’s degree in public law. In this program, it is aimed to train future academicians who can determine the legal framework for all the dispositions of the state apparatus using the public authority on one side of the legal relations, and who can implement the principles and rules regarding the limitation of the use of public power by the legal order in this context. In this respect, the lawyers participating in this program are required to have a perspective on raising liberal lawyers in order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially in the national legal system. The program covers a wide range of courses including constitutional law, administrative law, general public law, human rights law, tax law and specific specialization courses mainly in criminal law.
Educational Place: Gayrettepe Campus.
Training Hours: It takes place between 19.00 and 22.00 on weekdays.
Language of Instruction: Public Law phD Program is offered in Turkish.
Program: The Public Law phD program consists of the doctoral course phase, the doctoral proficiency exam and the doctoral dissertation phase.
