PRIVATE LAW MASTER’S PROGRAM
The student who graduates from the program gains the ability to produce knowledge by having the notion of comparative law in Civil Law, Law of Obligations, Commercial Law, Civil Procedure and Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, International Private Law, Labor Law and many other disciplines within the field of Private Law. In this context, it will be possible to define new legal problems that arise in practice, and to obtain the method and access to the resources necessary for the solution of the problems. The purpose of the program; To train qualified lawyers who have high level technical legal knowledge and foreign language proficiency in the field of private law, have developed the ability to analyze legal issues and produce solutions, and are competent in academic working methods in order to conduct scientific research on a specific legal problem.
Educational Place: Gayrettepe Campus.
Training Hours: It takes place between 19.00 and 22.00 on weekdays.
Language of Instruction: Private Law Master’s Program is offered in Turkish.
Programme: Private Law Master’s Program is offered with and without thesis (with a project). The student is responsible for 7 courses, 1 seminar course and 1 thesis in the thesis program. Responsible for 10 courses and 1 project assignment in the non-thesis (with project) program.
