Public Law master’s programs mainly aim to provide legal formation and depth. Within the scope of the Public Law Master’s Program within Altınbaş University Faculty of Law, technical issues in terms of application are also detailed. For example, through detailed learning of subjects such as issues related to detention in the field of criminal law or individual applications to the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights for violations of rights in the field of constitutional law, one obtains information resources that can be used directly in practice. However, in the Public Law Master’s Program, the main goal of deepening and improving the quality of the law as a whole stands out.

Altınbaş University Public Law Master’s Program, unlike the corresponding programs at other law faculties, offers the opportunity to develop expertise in the fields of administrative and tax law. The developed courses not only provide theoretical depth, but also provide technical equipment for many current legal problems.
