Assoc.Prof. Dr. Doğu Çağdaş ATİLLA
He received his PhD degree from Istanbul University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2017, and carried out various research activities at this university between 2009-2018, and worked as a full-time lecturer at Işık University between 2012-2017. His main areas of interest are electromagnetics, broadband antenna design, power transmission circuits design and electric vehicles. At Altınbaş University, where he has been working since 2017, he is the Dean of the Graduate Education Institute, the Head of the Data Analytics Department, and the founding deputy director of the Electric, Autonomous, Unmanned Vehicles Research and Application Center (AUTONOM). Attila; In addition to six registered national patents, he has published more than ten research projects, more than forty international articles and conference proceedings, and a book chapter. In addition, he worked as a project manager and consultant in the award-winning EVA Team team, which competes in fields such as Electric Vehicle, Autonomous Vehicle, TUAV, Rocket and Satellite.
Asst.Prof. Dr. Ural Ufuk DEMİREL
He was born in Ankara in 1984. He graduated from Konya Karatay Anatolian High School and Selçuk University, Faculty of Science, Department of Chemistry. He completed his master’s degree in Chemical Synthesis and Antimicrobial Effect Screening in the Field of Organic Chemistry at Selçuk University Institute of Science, Department of Chemistry. In 2015, he became a research assistant at Altınbaş University English Faculty of Pharmacy. In 2021, he completed his PhD study on the design, synthesis and activity screening of anticancer compounds at Altınbaş University Graduate Education Institute, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Chemistry PhD Program, where he was accepted with a full scholarship, and received the title of Doctor. In 2022, Altınbaş University English Faculty of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Dr. He was appointed as a lecturer. He continues his academic studies on pharmaceutical chemistry, compound synthesis, activation screening and molecular docking.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Onur AĞMA
Asst. Prof. Dr. Onur Ağma is a young and dynamic academic who combines his expertise in nanotechnology, composite materials, and heat transfer with a strong academic background in Mechanical Engineering. He completed his undergraduate studies at Mersin University, pursued his master’s studies at Istanbul University and Istanbul Technical University, and earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Yıldız Technical University.
Since 2018, Dr. Ağma has been continuing his academic career at Altınbaş University, and as of 2025, he serves as the Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering. He stands out with his interdisciplinary work in areas such as bioprinting, nano-hybrid aircraft filters, and electric and autonomous vehicle technologies. Through his research projects, scientific publications, and student-centered approach, he actively contributes to applied engineering education.
Prof.Dr. Neşe Buket AKSU
She graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Pharmacy. She completed his master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry at Istanbul University, and completed his PhD studies at Ege University, Faculty of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, and the thesis subject of quality design (QbD) at the University of Bradford – England. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Department of Management and Organization.
She worked in the Pharmaceutical Licensing, Export and Marketing Departments of the Pharmaceutical Industry, which she started in 1982, and currently continues to work as a consultant at Santa Farma Pharmaceutical Industry. Its main staff continues as a lecturer at Altınbaş University Faculty of Pharmacy.
Dr. Aksu, who is also a Turkish Pharmacists Association Trainer, also continues to work as a trainer at the Blanchard International Group Turkey Representation as a senior expert, providing trainer training, leadership, presentation techniques, team performance, communication and coaching training.
She attended more than 150 seminars on the subjects of Quality Management and Design, Process Analytical Technology, Pharmaceutical Registration at international and national levels, gave more than 150 conferences as an invited speaker, and took part as a panelist in various meetings and universities. She also has international book chapters and articles on Quality Design, in which she is an expert.
Assoc.Prof. Dr. Süleyman BAŞTÜRK
He received his undergraduate degree from the Mechanical Engineering Department at Istanbul Technical University(ITU) in 1993. Following his graduation, he started to work in Eskişehir 1st Air Supply and Maintenance Center, Manufacturing Directorate with the rank of Engineer Lieutenant. He completed his master’s degree in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Middle East Technical University and his Ph.D. in ITU Mechanical Engineering Department. He served as a faculty member at the Turkish Air Force Academy and as Deputy Director of the Aeronautics and Space Technologies Institute. He is currently the Director of the Altınbaş University, Electric, Autonomous and Unmanned Vehicles Application and Research Center(AUTONOM) and also the Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department.
